Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. These terms are designed to clarify how we’ll work together and ensure our time together flows with ease, intention, and respect.

Booking + Scheduling

Your time is confirmed once payment is received. 

Please honor our time together. I appreciate you making every effort to keep our appointment.

Session Prep

Complete the pre-session questionnaire early as possible yso I can prepare intentionally

Take time beforehand to reflect on what you'd like to focus on.

Bring an open mind, a notebook, and your curiosity.

This work is rooted in Feng Shui and energy. If nothing changes in your space, nothing can shift in your life—your participation is essential.

My Availability

My business hours are generally Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–3:00 PM PST.

I’ll respond to emails or texts within those hours, as promptly as possible.

Scope of Work

House Therapy & Design Services

Our focus will be on energetics, flow, and alignment—helping your home support your deeper desires.

I will clarify what’s included in your package (e.g., consultation, design concept, sourcing, follow-up).

Please refer to the Work With Me page for service details.

Payment Terms

All services: Full payment due at the time of booking.

Design hours: Charged in pre-paid packages or hourly, billed after services are rendered.

Cancellation + Refunds Policy

Cancel 3+ days prior: full refund

Cancel within 24 hours: 50% refund

Cancel less than 24 hours: no refund
Life happens—please reach out if something urgent comes up.

Confidentiality + Consent

All sessions and conversations are confidential.

I may share anonymized stories or outcomes as part of my work. If you prefer your experience not be shared in any way, please let me know.
